What’s New and Promotional Text for all your locales on one screen, with Apple’s 4,000 and 170 character limits counted as you type.
Pull release notes from an earlier version, or from another app entirely. Matching languages fill in, and nothing is sent until you save.
Show the English text under every translation, or a word-by-word diff against the previous release.
Over-limit text, empty languages and stray spaces are flagged on the card that has them.
Push one locale’s text to all the others, or export a version’s text to hand to translators.
App Store Connect marks every release you’ve shipped as “Ready for Distribution”, so a long-lived app can show a dozen of them at once. ReFlight works out which one is really on the store, keeps the version you’re preparing on top, and tucks the rest into history.
Apple lets you update Promotional Text on the live version at any time. ReFlight makes it editable right there, so announcing a sale or a new feature takes two minutes, not a release.
Sign in with Apple or Google, then add an App Store Connect API key from Users and Access → Integrations. To save changes it needs the App Manager or Admin role.
Your apps load with their icons, most recently updated first.
Work across versions and languages, then send everything to App Store Connect in one save.
On the roadmap, not in the app yet.
A workspace for App Store listing text: What’s New and Promotional Text across all your apps, versions and languages, connected directly to App Store Connect.
ReFlight encrypts it before storing it and only uses it to talk to Apple on your behalf. You can disconnect it in ReFlight, or revoke it in App Store Connect, at any time.
App Manager or Admin, if you want to save changes. A key with a lower role can still browse your apps and text, but Apple rejects edits made with it.
Yes. Apple allows Promotional Text updates on the live version at any time, and ReFlight lets you edit it there directly. What’s New can only be changed on a version you’re preparing.
What’s New allows up to 4,000 characters per language and Promotional Text up to 170. ReFlight counts both as you type and won’t let you save over the limit.
